๐Ÿ“„ Why We Use DOCX Format

AIR Journals requires manuscript submission in DOCX format (Microsoft Word) rather than PDF. This enables:

  • More accurate AI processing - cleaner text extraction for evaluation
  • Better citation verification - precise extraction of all 100% of citations
  • Superior plagiarism detection - direct text analysis without PDF conversion artifacts
  • Faster revisions - easier for authors to make changes if needed
  • Simpler production - headers/footers/DOI added directly to approved papers

Don't have Microsoft Word? Google Docs and LibreOffice both export to DOCX format perfectly.
